| Rental Rates
Villa D'Arcobaleno rents
on a weekly basis, with rental periods beginning on Saturday at
3:00 PM and ending the following Saturday at 9:00 am. If availability
permits, additional days may be booked for one-seventh the weekly
rate. Likewise, we may be able to modify your arrival and departure
day of the week if availability to other prospective guest would
not be compromised.
The villettas are ideal
for family vacations, business stays and long term rentals during
the fall and winter months.

Booking Information
Please e-mail or telephone
us with your dates to confirm availability. Once confirmed, a deposit
of 30% of the total rental amount is required to hold the dates
requested. The remaining balance of the rental amount is due 60
days prior to the beginning of the rental period. If the initial
booking occurs within 59 days of the arrival date, the total rental
amount is required for booking confirmation. Upon receipt of the
final payment a Rental Voucher with directions to the property will
be sent.
Security Deposit
Upon arrival at the property,
you are required to pay the property representative a security deposit
payable in cash. The security deposit will be returned to you upon
your departure minus any extra charges or accidental damages to
the property. The listed security deposit is: 200 EUR.
Other Conditions
- There are 2 keys -
Front Door and Community Gate. The fee for lost keys is: 100 EUR.
- Extra maid service is usually available upon request and is paid
locally.
- If available, heating is allowed by Italian law only from November
1 to April 1 with exceptions made for extreme weather.
- No pets allowed.
- No smoking allowed in villettas.
